Hi, I’m Joshua Clark, a tattoo artist with nearly a decade of experience creating bold, colorful tattoos built to stand the test of time.
I specialize in color realism, portraits, and new school tattooing, with a painterly approach that focuses on strong composition, vibrant color, and lasting readability. Whether it’s a realistic portrait, a colorful animal piece, or a large-scale custom project, my goal is always the same: create tattoos that look great the day they’re finished and continue to look great for years to come.
Over the course of my career, I’ve been fortunate enough to earn 18 tattoo awards and have my work featured in print, but what matters most to me is continually improving my craft and delivering the best possible work to every client who sits in my chair.
I do my best work when given the freedom to fully explore a concept and approach a design from an artistic perspective. While client ideas and inspiration are always important, I prefer projects where there is a high level of trust in my creative process, allowing me to make the design decisions that will result in the strongest possible tattoo.
I’m especially interested in large-scale, highly detailed projects that allow for strong storytelling, dynamic composition, and extensive color work. These pieces give me the opportunity to fully develop an idea and create something truly unique, whether it’s a sleeve, back piece, leg sleeve, or another ambitious custom design.
Outside of tattooing, I’m a lifelong animal lover and committed to using only cruelty-free products. That commitment reflects a broader philosophy of respecting both the art and the living things that inspire it.
